What are the savings with WharfPass?

With WharfPass, you can save up to $36.99 over the cost of buying attraction tickets separately. If you were to buy each of your attraction tickets separately you could spend up to $103.99. For more information regarding savings with WharfPass click here.

Can you please explain the attraction tickets and selection work?

The WharfPass includes 6 attraction tickets, each ticket including 2-7 attractions, and visitors select one attraction from each page. To see a sample of the WharfPass book click here.

What is included in the price?

Does WharfPass include a ferry trip to Alcatraz?

THE WHARFPASS WITH ALCATRAZ ISLAND TOUR CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED THROUGH ALCATRAZ CRUISES. The Alcatraz Combo is ONLY sold by Alcatraz Cruises by phone or at their ticket booth. Combo purchases are not available online.

IMPORTANT: When you choose to go on the WharfPass / Alcatraz combination package, the Blue and Gold Fleet / Red and White Fleet Bay Cruise ticket will be removed from your WharfPass ticket book and you will no longer have the option to use it.

Can I use my WharfPass voucher to get to Fisherman's Wharf from Union Square?

How old do you have to be to rent a GoCar and is vehicle insurance available?

You must be over 18 years of age to rent a GoCar. GoCar will use discretion, however, with people under the age of 21 and especially with larger groups. Regarding insurance the daily collision damage waiver (CDW) for the rental is similar to a car rental and costs $12/day for the GoCar if elected by the driver. The Cable Car mentioned "one way", how does one get back to point A from point B?

If you chose to take the Cable Car from the Wharf to Downtown, you can catch one of the Sightseeing buses downtown at Union Square. For more info regarding the Sightseeing buses click here. OR you can also catch the F-Line Train at 4th and Market, near where the Cable Cars make their final stop -F Line Fare is $2.00 for adults. For more information regarding the Cable Cars click here.

If you chose to take the Cable Car from Downtown to the Wharf, you can catch one of the Sightseeing buses mentioned above back to Union Square, or catch the F-Line Train at Jones and Beach Street. F Line Fare is $ 2.00 for adults.

How do I print confirmation tickets online?

Printing tickets online is quick and easy. Simply follow the link in your confirmation e-mail. You can print your tickets on any style printer - color or black and white, laser or inkjet. Printing tickets is as simple as printing any of your standard documents. If you forget your voucher the voucher can be accessed from any computer that is linked to the internet by clicking here.

What happens if I print my tickets more than once?

You can print your print at home voucher as many times as you like, but when you check in the code will be used as a confirmation. Once your confirmation number is entered, any other copies will not be accepted - the system will show that the ticket has already been used. Print your voucher as many times as you like - they are only good for one WharfPass order.

Can I access my WharfPass Voucher/tickets at a later date?

Your confirmed order voucher will be available at any time simply by accessing your account through your confirmation email or the web site using your confirmation number and e-mail address. Go to: Voucher Pick Up and Reprint by clicking here. Tickets that are not yet confirmed will be listed with the current status on the same web page.

Are there any discounts for children, senior citizens, military or multiple bookings?

WharfPass offers a great discount for these tours and activities. We offer only Adult and Child Rates for WharfPass. If you want to order 20 or more Wharf Pass Books we will pay for the UPS Ground Shipping. Please call 415-440-4474 to place a group order. We do not offer AAA, AARP or Military Discounts.

Will my tour be cancelled if the weather is bad?

On the rare occasion when the weather is bad and the Tour Operator or Attraction is forced to cancel a tour or activity an alternate date or time will be offered by tour operator or attraction.

What hotels do you pick up from?

Hotel pick up is not offered for this pass. Two of the Double Decker bus tour operators pick up in the Union Square area near Macy's and can be used for transportation to the Wharf.

What should I wear on my visit to San Francisco?

In the summer months in San Francisco you will want to dress for cool weather. Tours North and South of the city may experience a 30-50 degree change in temperature from the city. Don't forget a light jacket in case of the famous San Francisco fog. In the winter wear layered clothing. Don't forget your camera.

What if I need to change my reservation date or if someone in my party is unable to use the Pass?

There is no need to change the date on a WharfPass order. The date indicated on your voucher is only an arrival date and is not the date your WharfPass starts. The WharfPass is good for 2 days from 1st use. WharfPasses are good until the expiration date. WharfPass purchases cannot be canceled or refunded. Unused portion of WharfPass cannot be refunded.

Tips, Gratuities, Meals and Smoking:

The tip or gratuity for tour directors, drivers and other service staff is at your discretion and not included in any tour pricing. Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included on most tours unless specifically listed. In California, no smoking in vehicles, public buildings, bars and restaurants.

How soon should we reserve our WharfPass?

Print at Home Vouchers: At your convenience use the fast and easy "print at home" order system with a voucher. You pick up your WharfPass at any of the WharfPass attractions when you arrive in San Francisco.

Are the additional discounts and offers limited to the 2-day period as well?

No. The additional discounts can be used any time during your visit to San Francisco. The current book and most of the discounts and offers expire on December 30, 2011.

WharfPass Booking and Terms of Sale Information.

Confirmation, Travel Voucher and Photo ID

For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher at the time of booking. Please exchange this E-Ticket voucher at any of the WharfPass Tour or Activity Locations.

Confirmed Vouchers are also available online through the Voucher Pick Up or Reprint Link on the left side of the tours web page. Detailed information about hours of operation is listed on each specific tour or activity.

For security and to reduce fraud a Photo ID will be required by the attraction or tour operator when you exchange your WharfPass Voucher for the WharfPass Ticket Book(s). The last name on the Voucher must match the Photo ID.

Rates and Booking Procedure

Prices are per WharfPass. All transactions are in US Dollars. All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Fuel surcharges may be added and collected on site by tour operators without notice.

If the authorization on the credit card provided is declined, we will attempt to notify you by email at the email address you provided. The order will be cancelled and will need to be rebooked.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

WharfPass purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded. Unused portion of WharfPass cannot be refunded. WharfPasses are non-transferable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Tour Vehicles, Rerouting and Schedules

Tour Operators reserve the right to change the size of the vehicle to meet the needs of tours for that specific day. All activities and tours are weather permitting. Seasonal fog, special events, traffic, weather, etc may alter route and activities without notice. Call attraction in advance to confirm operating times and dates. Facilities may close for special events and holidays without notice.

The date and time listed on vouchers is an indication of your arrival not the date and time your WharfPass starts.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Your San Francisco Fisherman's WharfPass is valid for two days beginning the first day you use it. The San Francisco Fisherman's WharfPass must be presented for admission at each attraction and tickets may not be removed from the book prior to admission. Tickets are good for general admission during normal operating hours. Special events are excluded. Call attraction in advance to confirm operating times and dates. Facilities may close for special events and holidays without notice. San Francisco Fisherman's WharfPass is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.

Attraction hours are listed on back of each ticket and are subject to change. All information is current at time of printing but is subject to change. Please call attractions to confirm operating hours and dates.

TourCorp, WharfPass, Suppliers, and Sales Agents are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Products are provided subject to the terms of applicable tariffs, rules and regulations. WharfPass Child ages are 5-11. Red and White Fleet ages 5-17 are youth pricing. Admission fee savings for guests ages 12-17 on Red and White Fleet may be minimal with WharfPass.

Note: Go Car 1/2 hour rental is based on two WharfPass Tickets per vehicle - 2 Adults or 1 Adult and 1 Child

Note: WharfPass Child ages are 5-11. USS Pampanito child ticket ages are (6-12) Jeremiah O'Brien child ticket ages are (6-14) Admission fee savings for guests ages 12 -14 may be minimal with WharfPass.

Children ages 3-4 will be required to pay Child Admission at the Aquarium of the Bay, USS Pampanito and Turbo Ride. Children 5-11 are free at the Boudin Museum.
