The SS Jerimiah O'Brien Liberty Ship will be out of service during a major overhaul until March 6 2012, Our apologies for the inconvenience. Please use the Wax Museum option on that WharfPass ticket page.
The last historically accurate and fully functional Liberty Ship in the world transports visitors back almost 7 decades to when sailors braved high seas and threat of enemy attack during WWII. She is open to visitors from stem-to-stern, engine room-to-bridge, guns-to-galley.
The S.S. Jeremiah O'Brien is the last historically accurate & fully functional Liberty Ship in the world. She is a living museum on the National Register of Historic Places & a National Historic Landmark dedicated to those who built & sailed these ships during WWII. See her amazing engine room that appeared in the Academy Award-winning motion picture, Titanic.
O'Brien is a National Historic Landmark and is not handicap or wheelchair accessible. Active military personnel with ID are admitted FREE.
